Product Description
The High Country Filtering Bag is a complete portable water filtering system in a portable unit. The High Country filtering bags features 7 strand commercial grade 550 paracord in OD green for strength and durability. Just fill the bag with water and the ceramic filters at the bottom of the bag will produce up to 2 gallons of water per hour. Perfect for the outdoorsman or as a portable emergency water source. Once in use, this emergency water filter lasts about one year. Bag has a 31/2 gallon capacity.
This water bladder filter is silver impregnated and will not permit bacteria growth-through (mitosis). It provides a hostile environment for all microbiological organisms and will not support their growth. Ceramic elements may be cleaned 100 or more times with a soft brush or slightly abrasive cloth or pad.
The filtration efficiency is 0.2 micron.
