Jon Rose of Waves for Water recently took Just Water filters to Cap Hatien, Haiti where he worked with Chilean troops to set up a distribution network. Their goal is to bring safe, independent sources of clean drinking water to whoever needs it.

Haiti Relief Efforts

Our status as of today is we are waiting for clearance to fly over the water filters that we packaged Gravity flow bucket system built by Texas Baptist Men for Haiti. As soon as we get the O.K., we will move into active response.

 

This is a picture of the water purification system that Texas Baptist Men are trying to send to Haiti.  5,000 of these water purification systems are waiting for clearance before they can be sent.  Each system costs $30 and TBM has spent $150,000 on faith to send these water systems to Haiti.  Please make a gift to TBM to help the people of Haiti in their desperate hour of need.  You can donate online by clicking on the Donation section or send a check to:
